STAR CORRAL is located one block south of 81st at 808 South Lynn Lane on the Northwest corner of Jackson and Lynn Lane in the big concrete parking lot. Please drive slowly and use parking lights only to protect other observers’s night vision!

Star Corral neither represents nor endorses any area astronomy “club”. Star Corral provides not-for-profit, self- funded observing programs for the purpose of introducing the public to amateur astronomy.
Our equipment is extremely capable, including robotic telescope aiming an tracking as well as both direct visual and state-of-the-art video equipment capable of imaging deep space objects that could only be seen with the largest telescopes in the world only 30 years ago.

Star Corral and Astronomy Club of Tulsa welcome you to visit. We use our telescopes to enjoy looking at the moon, planets, star clusters, nebulae, and galaxies all year ‘round.
We share our telescopes and binoculars with the public for observing the wonders of the night sky. We are able to provide programs in coordination with public, private, and home school education as well as serving scouting, youth groups, clubs, and private companies.

You have come to the right place to get started on a journey through space and time. Looking to the sky opens our minds to the wonder of creation and helps us to see beyond ourselves. You may believe in God, or you may not. You may believe the universe is a chaotic jumble, or a perfectly balanced creation. You may think of earth as the shining jewel of the universe, or maybe just one of trillions of worlds where organic life has matured into balanced ecosystems and civilizations have developed. The fact is we don’t know but will always be curious to know; that is the spirit of mankind at it’s finest.
